Please make plans to attend the Summer Block Party in the Twin Pond Cul-de-Sac on Thursday, May 23rd starting at 5:30 PM.  Come out and visit with neighbors while enjoying Smokin' Sims 45 Food Truck dinner selections.  Water and cookies will be provided by the Association.  See the flyer below for details -

The Cove of Nantucket Annual Meeting is set for Thursday, January 25, 2024.  The meeting will be held at the office of Neighborhood Partners located at 4490 Castlegate Drive, College Station.  Due to limited parking spaces, please plan ahead to carpool with other residents for the meeting.  Registration and sign in will begin at 5:45 pm and the meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.  Absentee ballots/proxys are due in the association office via fax (979-690-0330), USPS (PO Box 197, Wellborn, TX 77881) or by email ([email protected]) on January 16, 2024.  Please contact us if you have lost your ballot/proxy form.
